What do I bring to class?

A yoga mat, water, and a towel.

Is every class hot?

Yes! Although some classes may be as hot as others, they will all have a level of heat. With that, comes great benefits.

When should I arrive for my class?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to check in and get set up. We will start the class promptly and late entry is prohibited as it would disrupt the rest of the class.

What happens if I sign up for a class and don't show up?

Unless you cancel a minimum 2 hours before class starts you will be charged. I have to be fair to my instructors and respect their time along with allowing other customers to have an opportunity to book the class.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing something light and comfortable moving around in. You are going to sweat, and your clothes will get wet.

Leggings, tank top, sports bra, thin t-shirt would be perfect.

How should I prepare for class?

It's very important that you hydrate before and after class. Don't guzzle water immediately before, do it throughout the day. When class is over, make sure you continue to hydrate to help your body flush toxins.

Can I do this if I have never worked out before?

Absolutely! We will have a wide variety of classes for all levels and we encourage you to come try it out. .
